NOVA SCOTIA: We spent ten days in the Halifax area of Nova Scotia in July.  Although it was not cold, it was grey and misty every morning (and sometimes all day) at the coastline.  You might think that would have put a damper on our vacation, but not at all.  It added a mystical charm.  The flight to and from Nova Scotia was quite exciting with some of the most beautiful cumulous cloud formations I have yet to fly through.

A misty morning from the cabin window.

Mid afternoon meanderings along the coast.

At a local beach, and finally the sun peeks out!

Flying into Halifax...

The ground becomes somewhat more visible...

But the most exciting moments are when we are flying in and out of the cloud caverns...

If I could only figure out how to bring some home for a souvenir!
