TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1. Select your desired item.
2. Email me the item number and description. If several sizes are listed please tell me which one you want.
3. Include your name and address. Don't forget to include zip code (for tax, postage and insurance purposes.) 5 % Massachusetts state tax is required for all instate purchases.
I will send you a confirmation email with the amount due for your purchase. Until you receive and acknowledge my reply, your order is not considered accepted.
Upon receipt of your payment (allow 7 days for checks to clear) I will ship your order. Presently I can accept only payments by mail.
NOTE: I ship all items carefully packed and fully insured. It the unlikely event of breakage during shipping please file a claim with the Postal Service.
PACKING and POSTAGE CHARGES: Varies according to weight, size and shipping address.
RETURNS: If my pottery does not live up to your expectations you may return it for a full refund, LESS packing and shipping costs, within 30 days. You must insure returns, as I cannot refund for items that are returned in less than perfect condition. NOTE: Due to health considerations whistles are not returnable.
IMPORTANT: I cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reproduce my colors. Please read the written "color description" on the catalog page.
